Kayak at the Confluence: 
A Tribute to George Hitchcock

was held in Hitchcock's memory March 18-19, 2011 

The site remains as an ongoing tribute 
and source of information.  

The opening reception featured a dramatic reading of Hitchcock's  
"Prometheus Found"  by members of the St. Louis Actors Studio. 
The following day featured a range of workshops and presentations 
ending in an exceptional poetry reading featuring the event participants.


Special thanks to Marjorie Simon, George's life partner for 34 years, and to his son Stephen Hitchcock for their kind support of this event.
